Posted by Vanessa Cowhey on Mar 5, 2010

Emerson School held our first Science Olympiad Fun Night on Tuesday, February 23rd.  Approximately, 250 students grouped into teams of 4 participated in 9 events hosted by area scientists and local field experts.  94 parents and 10 teachers came out to lead teams, help with experiments and share their scientific experience.  It was a great night of education and fun!

A special thank you to our Science Olympiad Committee members who worked so hard to create this special night of scientific fun:Caroline Casey, Ann Feehery, Suji LaBine, Joan Letourneau, Ana Nichols, Margaret Rask, Michele Sciabica, Meg Snyder and Laura Zehner.
