Kelly Miller Circus Comes to Town!

Posted by Joan Letourneau on Aug 31, 2011

It’s Circus time! The ever popular and amusing Kelly Miller Circus returns to Elmhurst from 4:30 to 7:30 pm on Friday, Sept. 9 at Sandburg Middle School. Elephant rides, a spectacular fire breather, trapeze artists and amazing animals are all part of the fun. Click here for more details and to purchase tickets.

An additional performance uniquely designed for children with special needs and their families will be held following the 8:45 am tent raising on Friday morning. There is no charge for this event. Click here for more details.

The District 205 Foundation uses money raised from the Kelly Miller Circus to advance excellence and innovation in Elmhurst Public Schools. The Foundation has donated more than $1.2 million to our schools via Thiems grants awarded for enriching or unique ideas. Emerson School received more than $7,000 in grants from the Foundation last year alone! The Foundation's major fundraisers include the Kelly Miller Circus, Midnight Masquerade Dinner Dance, Holiday Tree Sales and Wine Tasting.
