Emerson Students Helping Our Military - One Solder at a Time

In honor of Joe Vanek, a former Emerson student who was killed in the line of duty in Iraq in 2007, the Emerson Charitable Committee is currently collecting donations for Military Care Packages.  Parent leaders are working collectively with Emerson teachers on how to implement this project into each classroom.  What a wonderful way to teach our children the simple necessities of life make such a difference to those who are working so hard to defend our country.  For more information on the Joe Vanek Memorial Military Care Packages, click here.
